.These are locally harvested U.S. pine nuts. These come from the mountains in Nevada. They have a soft shell which make them easy to crack. They have a shelf life of several months. They need to be stored in a dry cool area. They cannot be stored in any type of airtight container, or they will go bad quickly. They are shipped raw and ready to roast.

Please note that these pine nuts are still in the shell, and you will need to crack them open.  They will look just like the photo below.

The pine nuts are packaged in one bag unless requested to have separate 1 lb bags.
(For example if you order 5 lbs.  You will get one 5 lb bag.  If you need them in separate bags please let us know in the "order comments and special request" section check out.)
