Weight Variances
We do our best to make sure the weight of your packages are correct. If you believe the weight is incorrect, please note that the weight may vary slightly from one scale to another.
Also, many small scales show the number of pounds and the number of ounces.
So, for example, if your order is for 3 lbs and you are seeing 2 15 on the scale, you are actually seeing 2 lbs 15 ounces. Which is pretty darn close to 3 lbs.(there are 16 ounces per pound.)
If you still feel there is a problem, please send us a photo of your shipping label and a photo of the package on the scale.
Return Policy
Because pine nuts are considered a produce and will eventually go bad, we have a 2 week return policy.
You have 2 weeks form the date of purchase to notify us of any problems with the order received.
If the reason for the return is our fault, we will cover the cost of the return postage. Upon receipt of the product, we will refund you money in full.
If the reason for the return is because the customer just doesn't want the product any longer, then it will be the responsibility of the customer to send the product back to us. Upon receipt we will refund your money for the product but not the shipping costs.
Refunds will be returned to the same method the order was placed. (Example PayPal orders will be refunded through PayPal and checks will be returned with a check.)
